Do I need an API key?

No. Claude signs in to Upscrape with OAuth: you approve access once in your browser, and Claude never sees a password or key.

What does it cost?

Connecting is free, and so are searching the catalog, checking prices and reading results. Only a call that runs and succeeds spends credits, at the price Claude saw first. New accounts start with up to 100 free credits.
