Apollo Pharmacy API reference
Apollo Pharmacy search with filters, product detail, substitutes, reviews, offers, listings, stores and PIN-code cover.
The Apollo Pharmacy API has 12 endpoints, called the same way: POST /execute with the endpoint ID as capability and its fields as input, or pin Apollo Pharmacy in the MCP server and call each one as a tool. The data comes back as JSON in results[0].data, with what the call cost in billing.credits_charged.
The inputs you send most are url, pincode and sku. Every endpoint costs 1 credit per call, and a failed call costs nothing.

What to know
- Search returns at most 200 results per query and 20 per page; a multi-page call is all-or-nothing, so a failure on any page fails the call rather than returning a partial list
- The delivery-time filter is offered by the search route but answers a server error; other filters work
- Category and brand listings carry 24 products per page; their sort control needs a signed-in delivery address
- Review text is a small public sample, not the full review history
- Prescriptions, carts, accounts and orders are out of scope
- Product detail is the same for every PIN code and can disagree with the search card's stock wording
